Yes, our on-site installation minimum is $300.00. All prices are plus sales tax and delivery.

We require a 50% non-refundable retainer to hold the date and book your service. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the event date.

Same day balloon services are dependent on our availability for the specific day.

No, we do not use balloons purchased by our clients since we cannot guarantee their quality and longevity. We only use the highest quality balloons in our builds and installations.

Generally, if used indoors, helium balloons will float for the following float times:

  • 11-inch latex balloons treated with Hi-Float: 2 days
    11-inch latex balloons not treated with Hi-Float: 16 hours
  • 16-inch latex balloons treated with Hi-Float: 2 days
    16-inch latex balloons not treated with Hi-Float: 30 hours

There are no float time guarantees if balloons are used outdoors.

In optimum environments, foil (mylar) balloons will remain full and firm for approximately 2 days. Air-conditioned air may cause these balloons to shrivel, but they will return to a normal state when exposed to warmer air.

If the balloons are attached to one of our rented props we will return to collect it and will remove the balloons. However, if you would like us to return solely to take down the balloons, we offer our strike service for a fee.

We service New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, also known as the NY Tri-State Area. We also travel for a fee; our travel fees vary based on location.

Reused and recycled

Latex balloons are 100% biodegradable. However, foil balloons (also known as mylar balloons) are not biodegradable but they can be reused and recycled.

EVENT DESIGN & PLANNING (FAQ)

Yes, we can certainly guide you through the selection process and help determine what services best fit your event or celebration needs.

Hiring an event planner or stylist not only saves you time but it also effectively saves you money. We will oversee and manage all the intricate details and design elements of your event or wedding, allowing you to be a guest at your own event.

Each client and event is unique. As a result, all quotes are tailored to meet the needs of the clients within the confines of their financial comfort zone.

However, from time to time we may offer promotional packages. Be sure to sign up for our subscriber list to stay in the loop about new offers, discounts and products.

For social events we suggest booking as soon as you have decided to host the event since we cannot guarantee our availability. For full wedding planning services, we recommend a minimum of 1 year in advance.

We do not offer refunds. We charge a non-refundable retainer to hold the date and reserve the rental item as applicable. If unforeseen circumstances occur that necessitate you canceling or rescheduling your event, you can certainly reschedule. We will attempt to accommodate the change as best as possible based on our availability.

RENTALS (FAQ)

Yes, we deliver! Delivery fees are based on location and will be calculated once the event or celebration address is confirmed.

Presently, we do not allow rental pickups. This is to ensure that all rentals arrive to your event in pristine condition. Some rentals may also require on-site assembly by our team.

Yes, we are fully insured and can provide the requested Certificate of Insurance (COI).

GIFT SHOPPE (FAQ)

Depending on the type of custom gift requested, we require a minimum of 1-2 weeks notice. This ensures that we have ample time to source the items needed. In the event of last-minute orders, we will try to accommodate based on our availability and the availability of the requested items.
